2. The Competition
2.1 These terms apply to all competitions listed on www.luckydaycompetitions.com.
2.2 All competitions are skill-based, requiring a valid paid or postal entry.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Each competition has specific opening and closing dates as listed on the website. All times refer to Northern Ireland.
3.2 The Promoter may adjust the dates if absolutely nessessary. Any changes will be reflected on the website.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date are invalid and non-refundable.
3.4 Entry limits may apply. Once the max limit has been reached, no further entries will be accepted.
3.5 To enter online:

- Â > Purchase the desired number of entries.
- Â > Apply a coupon code (if applicable) before checkout.
3.6 All entries must be in English.
3.7 You’ll receive an entry confirmation via email.
3.8 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction etc.

- > Each free entry must be posted separately.
- > Bulk entries = 1 entry only.
- > Late or incomplete entries will not be entered.
- > If entry caps are reached before receipt, your entry is void.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 All entrants are entered into a live draw. Winners are drawn at random using a Random Number Generator and streamed live on Facebook within 24 hours of the draw closing.

5. Eligibility
5.1 Competitions are open to anyone aged 18+, excluding:
- > Employees of the Promoter or their households
- > People professionally involved with the competition
5.2 The Promoter may request proof of eligibility.
5.3 Invalid entries include:
- > Automated submissions
- > Incomplete or fraudulent entries
5.4 Misconduct results in disqualification.
5.5 No refunds will be issued if:
- >You’re ineligible for the competition for any reason.
- > You’re disqualified for any reason.
5.6 Multiple entries allowed (within the entry limit). Free entries must be posted individually.
5.7 Fraud, hacking, or misrepresentation will void all entries and may result in a permanent ban.
6. The Prize
6.1 Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
6.2 If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, the Promoter will endeavor to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.
6.3 The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
6.4 A cash alternative may be offered if:
- > The original prize is unavailable
- > Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so.
6.5 Prizes are not negotiable or transferable. The Promoter will only deal with the winner personally.
7. Winner Notification
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2 Winners are contacted by phone or email provided with the competition entry. If unresponsive for 30 days, the prize will be offered to another eligible entrant.
7.3 Winner names and counties may be published online or on social media.
7.4 You may object by emailing ✉️ info@luckydaycompetitions.com before the closing date.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 The winner must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The promoter will only deal with the winner personally for all correspondence regarding the Prize.
8.2 Notifications should be sent to the Promoter via email to info@luckydaycompetitions.com. Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered, your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your old details if it needs to try to contact you.
8.3 Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winners nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that it is the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in disqualification from the competition and the winner forfeiting the prize.
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot or does not accept the prize.
8.5 Prizes are delivered or arranged within 4–6 weeks of winner confirmation.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for loss, injury, or damage of the Prize unless caused by its own negligence.
9.1 Loss or damage caused by the Promoter must be reported within 12 weeks of receiving the prize in order for the Promoter to consider and or deal with said loss or damage.
10. Data Protection & Publicity
10.1 Your data will be used to manage the competition per our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By entering, you agree to publicity (name, picture, county) unless you opt out before the closing date.
10.3 We may share winner details with the ASA if legally required.
10.4 You may withdraw consent to data use, but this may mean forfeiting the prize.
10.5 To be removed from our database, you must withdraw from the competition and will not be eligible for refunds.
11. General Terms
11.1 Terms may change. The latest version is on the website.
11.2 Any breach may result in disqualification.
11.3 Competitions may be amended, postponed, or canceled if necessary.
11.4 Competitions are not affiliated with Facebook.
11.5 English law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
