I entered Lucky Day Competitions for the Hospitality package to see Liverpool v. Manchester United and was thrilled to win, as a huge Liverpool fan. Unfortunately, bad weather caused our flight to be postponed multiple times, and we never made it to the game. I emailed Lucky Day to see if someone else could use the tickets and went home disappointed—but to my amazement, they called the next day offering me tickets to the Liverpool v. Everton derby on January 3rd instead! I was blown away by their generosity and couldn’t believe they gave me a second chance. Liverpool won, and the whole experience was incredible—I’m so thankful I entered and truly grateful for how well we were treated.
